Awesome HD Slinky Slow-Mo
I have learnt that:
- the bottom of the slinky is under tension until the top reaches it thus it staying at one spot
- if you do something physically to affect the change to an object, the signal has to propagate if they are not at the same location
- in order to increase the time for the slinky to collaspe, you need to use a softer (less elastic potential energy), heavier (to stretch the slinky further) slinky.
